A new initiative of Bengio Urban Renewal in the city of Jerusalem is realized in Project 6-8-10 Nehorai in the city. The project is located in the Train Track Park and in its vicinity you can find the prestigious Baka Neighborhood, as well as the German Colony and the Greek Colony.

At the course of the project the existing building will be reinforced, and 15 new housing units with quality technical specifications will be added.
